Dark Omen has his review of Angelfall up, continuing his month of reading and reviewing Indie YA Books. Angelfall has been on my list to read since it came out last summer, one of the first flush of YA indie books to run up the charts. When Susan Ee visited my group blog Scribbler’s Cove to talk about her experience, it was one of those light-bulb moments for me. You mean a YA writer – a serious one – could be successful as an indie?
I haven’t read Angelfall yet, but that will be remedied soon. After all, it has a “cleverly crafted dystopian world” – how can I resist?
