One of the great pleasures of being a writer is being silly. I mean, you can get away with some creative Silliness with a capital S that doesn’t normally happen around the office cooler or copy room (maybe if it did, life would be more interesting).
Awesome author-friend and blogger Leigh T. Moore is a virtuoso in Silly, and I got to play in her sandbox for a while. Check out my interview with her, wherein we chat (irreverently) about Hugh Howie, (seriously) about my steampunk book, and how I’m really NOT a female MacGuyver. I swear.
The bestselling Mindjack Trilogy now has a live-action trailer! With the help of over 20 cast and crew members, award-winning director Beth Spitalny brought the concept of Open Minds, the first book in the Mindjack Trilogy, to life on the screen. As the author, I couldn’t be more pleased.
To celebrate the launch of the trailer, Open Minds
will be on sale ($2.99 $0.99) from January 10th-17th,
so if you can join the trailer reveal during that time, your readers can take
advantage of the sale as well.
trailer, as well as Beth’s fine directorial work, to get some visibility out
into the world. You can read more about the making-of the Mindjack Trailer here.
