Novel, Finished (Almost)
I’m almost there. Almost finished with Book #2. Almost ready to send it off to the copyeditor. But … not quite. 🙂
So, I’m taking a week off from blogging to polish the words, tie up the loose ends, and double check my slang. I’ll be back next week.
In the meantime, you can make your own wanted poster (thanks to Laura Pauling and Heather Kelly for pointing these out!).

Your Questions
While I’m in my writing cave, leave your questions in the comments! They can be about mindjacking, mindreading, my thoughts on the existential nature of books, writing, or any random topic that you pick. I will do my best to answer them in future blog posts when I return!

Congrats, Susan!
Happy for you, Sue!!
Good luck with the revisions!
Good luck with revisions! Make sure to take some snack food into your writing cave. 🙂

WTG, Sue! I can't wait to read book 2!
What a rush to be that close to finishing. I can't wait to continue Kira's adventures.
How cool! Congrats on being close to finishing number 2! That has to feel good. 😀
Time for me to reread the first book. I haven't read it since I beta read it. I was waiting to reread it just before the second book came out (which is what I often do with series). 😀
Congrats on completing part of your long journey. And because you said we could ask any question, I'm wondering…what is the meaning of life? just thought I'd ask.
Love the poster! Enjoy the time in your cave 🙂
Huzzah! for almost finishing! You get ALLCAPS when completely finished. And two exclamation marks.
YOU CAN DO IT! See you when you come out of the cave next week. By Wednesday, right?
Yay for book two! Trying to think of a great question to plague you with. Okay, how does old age affect mind-reading in your novel world? I also wonder if you've heard of the YA SF book Brainjack? It sounds quite different from your premise with may have some similar implications…?
I haven't got a question, I just wanted to say that I read Open Minds yesterday/today (started yesterday, finished today), after having it on my Kindle for some time, and enjoyed it 🙂
