Awesome list. Unfortunately, some of the ones on your 'Free' list aren't free in the UK … we always get forgotten! But I'll be checking out a few of the above anyway.
Not forgotten! Just unable to get Amazon to price match! I tried for the longest time to go free in the UK, but Amazon was "no can do" on the price match in UK.
I do not think the UK is liked by Amazon. 🙁
