At the UtopYA conference panels, one question kept coming up again and again:
The question took many forms, but there seemed to be a great crying out for help in figuring out how to make it all work. That question, and a fantastic panel I was on about the Life of a Writer, inspired a series of posts. They come from my heart, so I figure there’s probably someone else who’s been there, too.
Here’s the schedule:
Tuesday: Four Keys to Finding Time for Your Creative Work
Wednesday: Lack of Support For Your Writing
Thursday: The Emotional Turbulence of Creative Work
BONUS STUFF:
Wednesday: Striking Gold With Your Stories (a guest post on Stephen Tremp’s blog)
Friday: Which is Easier to Sell: Novels or Serials?
This is what pent-up lack-of-access to a keyboard looks like for me. 🙂

LOL. Looking forward to reading all of these! 🙂
Wow, can't wait to read these!
Looking forward to these!
Hahaha a pent up lack of wi-fi also inspired me to type up a series of posts, but very nerdy writing ones 😉
Can't wait to read them 😉
I look forward to this series. It's a difficult life, trying to balance the passion for writing with the priorities of daily life, especially when it is a deep desire for writing to become a more entrenched part of supporting daily life.
With that striking gold post, do you happen to mention the specific formula for making that happen lol!
I'm with Angela — the drive to make writing a career can often come to a screeching halt when domestic duties pull you over. Whatever advice your dishing out, I'm getting seconds!
